How to search for Forums specific for a Keyword?

I want to search in google for forums which appeals specifically for certain group of people in a particular niche.So is there any way I can search for in Google for a specific keyword for a Niche and all the forums Pop up?

I am not looking to find forums to join,but forums to register and post my link opening new threads.Between a is there any tool which automates the process?
Any tools like Scrapebox,Xrummer etc?Like registering on forums and open up new thread there asking them to view the link serving their purpose.

based on my latest work, it is unnecessary to post to related sites to rank for your keywords.

backlink every page.

Use .gov and .edu profile backlinks

use socialmonkee

never buy backlinks the same place twice

don't manually index backlinks - let big G find them
