how to scrub ip's

how can you check to see if the ip that you are using is clean or dirty?

I use the Tor Browser. It works well for me...

im not looking to use a proxy or anything.
I just want to see if the ip that my website is using is a good one or bad one.

Is there some kind of big master list of bad ips issued by google or something?
