How to scrape your own web/social URL's

Using the website socialposter.com i've submitted/created a few hundred posts onto sites like digg, reddit, fark, tumblr... Does anyone know an easy way that i could collect all of those URL's? I want to start backlinking to them.

I have scrapebox and i've tried a few different footprints but they didn't work. If all else fails i'm going to have to manually go to each of the +-30 sites, go to their "dashboard" and copy and paste the URL's from the HTML source code. I'm hoping that it won't come to that since it would take several hours.

Inurl:digg.com/screenname *
Site:tumblr.com/screenname *

but they aren't seeming to come back with the pages that i am after
