What is the best way to scrape videos, gifs, vines, etc from other users and post to my Instagram profile?

Do you have the images scraped?

If not, you'll need something custom probably, to get both scraping and posting in 1 tool.
 
I don't know any bot capable of that, so as stated above the only option is to get a custom one built for you. Or do it manually on a smartphone if you have. Just google how to download videos from instagram.
