How to Scrape Twitter Users Who Retweet/Favorite?

Is there a tool that scrapes the usernames of Twitter users who retweet and favorite another users tweets instead of blindly followers their followers? I imagine it would be much more effective to only follow their active followers from their timeline.

One I have a tool to scrape the list I can paste it into Tweepi and follow them.

you can only scrap the latest 25 people that favorited, and retweeted i was thinking maybe to get a bigger list of usernames maybe the bot could check a tweet every 20 seconds or so and scrap the users like that that way you get more then 25 users. I have this half way built already created for another dude but he bailed on me after he realized you could only scrap the latest 25 users. if anyone is interested i could add on to this bot add me on skype => thetruelouielou

Getting historical retweets/favs might be limited, but getting them in real time with the streaming api is not.

I know this because i had some apps that were required to ignore favs/retweets and i had to filter them out because twitter sends them along as normal tweets ( retweets ) and if i remember correctly the favourite messages are different but they do show up
