I'm building a snapchat bot with some friends and I'd like to know how to scrape as many users as possible.

Make a simple google search of "Add Snapchat friends", and you'll find sites that let you add your username to a public list. You can just scrape huge lists of users from there.
 
How much money you want to make?
 
I used to ask people on fb to send me a message on snapchat. Very targeted traffic, 50% conversion rate on cpa offers.
 
IF the API is not accessible then you may use OpenCV / EmguCV for text extraaction.
This will be a huge thing though. :)

It's a really good way to get your top offers paused in a matter of days, since that "Add Snapchat friends" traffic is pretty much useless and barely converts to a sale. ;)
Snapchat usernames scraping from Google is pretty much useless unless you have other ways to get & verify them from other social/dating networks.
