How to scrape real emails

Is there a method in which you can extract real email address (gmail.com etc) from a group?

I can extract @facebook.com emails, which aren't really what I want

Im also aware that you can scrape (real) emails from facebook, but just from posts etc with emails in the content of the post.

You can only scrape real email if the user make privacy setting Public.

Paste the emails in a notepad,type CTRL + H in the column enter all the emails you don't need like facebook twitter then click replace all.when you're done with this,paste what remains in a normal email extractor and collect your real emails easily...

I did not quite understand the method you said. You paste the fb emails in a notepad. I do replace all with what? What do you mean. Sorry for being a newbie but i have like 500k fb emails and i don't know how to make them real emails i thought it could not be achieved.
