how to scrape only US emails?

hey, i've been revealed to the Scaripng emails + CPA marketing world lately, but i wonder how to do it and filter out European emails (because of GDPR).... is there any service that doing that?

2. Step 2: Initialize variables.
3. Step 3: Start scraping.
4. Step 4: Export emails to a CSV file.

i don't understand section 1... i'm using atomic email hunter btw

i know that i can go to US only forums and things liek that, but i would like to know if there's a way to sort out EU and US emails even in global forums and pages..
