Hey Imran

It does take a little bit of leg work, but here's what you'll need to do:
1) Hit up the keyword scraper and go 3/4 levels deep on your keyword phrases to pull in as many relevant and related keywords as possible. The more words you include, the more results you're going to get back when you come to scrape the sites.
2) Merge in a load of wiki footprints. You can find some great ones over in this thread: /blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/491042-get-huge-search-engine-optimization-footprints-collections.html - sorry, cant post links yet, but you get the idea
3) Hit harvest.
4) Sit back and have a beer...this might take a while.
5) Once you have your results, you can use the PR checker in SB to grab the PR of your harvested results.
6) Sort by PR.
7) Fill your manual posting boots!

Hope that helps man
