How to scrape hashtags?

Ive actually been looking for something like this as well for both IG & Twitter but hasnt had much luck yet. All I could manage (apart from going through their post history manually) was to input some of the users`s more unique tags into Hastagify one by one and see if there were any connections significant to other tags. That way you could kinda get a basic collection of tags used by the account and other similar accounts youre looking at...

...needless to say it wasnt very effecive hahaha

Anyone else has any other ideas about this?
