How to scrape forums with profiles visible without logging in?

I'd like to scrape forums where you don't have to be logged in to view someone's profile, do you happen to know any footprints that are good for this purpose?

Just scrape forums the regular way scrapping as many as you can. Compile a list of all of the forums where you can create a profile on. Then run through creating a profile on each one with a link in each profile. Then link check the created profiles to find the ones that are publicly viewable.

The steps above are assuming you're using Xrumer.
