How to scrape facebook UID by name?

Is there anyway to mass scrape Facebook UIDs by the users real name? I have a very targeted list of potential customers who I would like to start targeting with FB ads. This is a unique niche that doesn't have any fan pages that I can scrape to extract UIDs. But I think if I can scrape UIDs by real name that my campaign would be extremely effective.
