How to scrape domain names?

Are there any softwares available, that will scrape registered domain names with certain keyword in the domain and also specific TLD?

you can try scrapebox and use footprint for this:

inurl:{keyword} site:{extension}

You will probably get results with keyword in both domain, sub-domain and directory.
Then use one of SB feature "Trim to root", then will narrow them down.
