How to scrape comments from specific photo using FL

hi all,
I am wanting to download a list of Comments done in a specific photo. How to do it?

FL has the feature 'save each photo' comments', i checked it but nothing happens.

Any idea? It would be great help.

Maybe you can check FL support page, or open a ticket.. They answer in 5-6 hours usually..
