How to Scrape a Web page then Import it into Wordpress

I did some looking and did not find a good solution, so I'm posting.

I would like to scrape a webpage, then import that content, formatted onto a WordPress webpage, without having to re-upload all the photos.

You know of any easy automated solutions to make this happen?
