yes, third party platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer only support it on pages, not on personal pages. i also tried searching on the internet but there was no result that said it is possible to set it up on personal pages.

My opinion is the same as everyone above, that there is no way to do this on a personal page, you might consider using a page, or do you have any difficulties that make you not want to use a page?

Create your Reel ahead of time using your phone or editing software.
Set a reminder on your phone or calendar app to post it at the desired time.
When the time comes, open the Facebook app, upload the Reel manually.

You're absolutely right — most social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, and even newer ones like Later or Sprout Social, do not support posting directly to personal Facebook profiles. This limitation is due to Facebook's API restrictions, which only allow publishing to Pages or Groups where you're an admin, not personal timelines.

To schedule reels on your facebook profile, you should enable Professional Mode for your profile and use Meta Business Suite. Otherwise, you can use a third-party app that sends push notifications to post manually: Later, Buffer

Facebook does not allow scheduling posts on personal profiles. There is no safe tool for this, so posting manually is the best option.
Facebook does not support scheduling posts on personal profiles and I have not seen any tools that can view them on there. You can only prepare a post repository and can post at the times you want.

Facebook does not support scheduling Reels on personal profiles.
We always advise customers not to try to schedule by any means, to avoid being detected by Facebook and flagging the account.
In addition, for busy customers, we often give a little tip: when you have free time, create a draft and save it, then when the golden hour comes, just go in and post it.
