How to scan Virustotal scan to Before posting link into threads

Hey, admin @BassTrackerBoats or rest other Members I Posted Free content for people But it got deleted because of the Reason NO virustotal.com Scan.

Can you please guide me on how to do this so can I post again after that

2. upload the file
3. wait for the scan until it completes
4. get the result URL

means I have to scan first before inserting the link into the thread. if there was not an issue then only should in Insert right?
