How to Scale Your Facebook Ads in 2025 ?

I shared how an advertiser helped a client increase their Facebook ad spend from $90,000 to over $200,000 in just 30 days, a 177% increase, while maintaining or improving their return on ad spend (ROAS).

1. Increase ad spend: Ad spend increased from $93,995 to $260,745 in 30 days, with revenue increasing from $186,000 to $530,000.

2. Analyze audiences: The speaker advised viewers to analyze the audience segments in their ad account to determine the distribution of spend between new, engaged, and existing audiences. They found that the majority of spend was invested in new audiences, indicating growth potential.

3. Return on Investment: Despite the massive increase in spend, the ROAS for the new audience was only 1.7, which was acceptable because they explained to the client that this was normal when expanding spend to a new audience.

4. Spend Growth Strategy: They increased their ad spend from $16,000 to $29,000 to $91,000 in a week without worrying about Facebook’s learning curve.

5. Ad Evaluation: They analyzed all the ads in the account to find the best performing ads for the new audience and created variations of those ads to optimize performance.

6. The End Result: As a result, they created effective ads that significantly increased revenue and ad spend.

Nice work man, that’s a solid scale. Quick question, when you made the jump from 29k to 91k, were you using ABO or CBO? I’ve seen CBO struggle a bit when scaling fast, especially on cold. Also were you targeting broad or still mixing in interests or lookalikes? Curious how you balanced volume with control.

To scale Facebook ads in 2025:

Start with proven creatives and test multiple angles.

Use CBO (Campaign Budget Optimization) for smoother scaling.

Increase budget gradually (20–30% every 2–3 days).

Duplicate winning ad sets into new campaigns.

Focus on high-performing audiences and retargeting.

Maintain good account trust and follow Meta’s ad policies.

Great breakdown. Scaling while maintaining ROAS is always challenging, but your step-by-step approach—especially focusing on audience analysis and controlled spend growth-shows it's doable with the right strategy. Solid reference for anyone looking to scale smart.

Great case study! Shows how scaling smartly with audience analysis, ROAS expectations, and ad testing can drive big results. Others can definitely learn from this structured approach to scale effectively.

I found this guy on the Black Hat World platform; he approached me, and on BHW, he's listed as a verified seller with good reviews, so that's why I decided to deal with him. I talked to him about getting a Google Ads invoicing account. This beggar told me the minimum top-up is $100, which I had to pay. I trusted the BHW platform because he's a paid customer there. The Telegram ID is given above (https://t.me/tristan_BDagency). This guy is a scammer; after taking the money, he deleted the entire chat on Telegram. But he forgot that I'm his boss—I only gave a small amount to test his genuineness and see how real he is. He might delete this post of mine, but I'll keep posting it. I won't let scammers survive on Black Hat World, nor will I let others get scammed. Because these small-time thieves whose household rations run on just $60, I want to alert everyone about his scam so that no one does business with this thief, and his ID gets blocked on BHW. I request the BHW platform to block him and make him famous (as a scammer), otherwise, this platform is full of thieves—one bigger than the other sitting here.Scam Report Details:Scammer's ID: Telegram: https://t.me/tristan_BDagency (associated with "Baby Dolphin Agency")How the Scam Happened: I connected with him via BHW where he's promoted as a verified seller for ad accounts. We discussed renting a Google Ads invoicing account. He demanded a $60 USD payment (via USDT or similar) for top-up and access. After I sent the payment and he confirmed receipt, he provided partial access that led to the account getting banned quickly. When I complained, he accused my supplier and refused a refund, then deleted the entire Telegram chat to cover his tracks. Screenshots attached show the payment confirmation, chat history, and his BHW thread promoting "Facebook Agency Advertising Account Rental" (though I specifically asked for Google Ads). This seems like a bait-and-switch or low-quality service scam to pocket small amounts without delivering functional accounts.
