1 How to create accounts in 2022 or where to buy accounts and proxies to the
account and is there any site that has sim cards but permanently or will you need a live card

2 What bot is used now and what are the limits for adding followers

3 And how best to create links so that your account is not blocked

4 I would like to start with 1 account up to 100 accounts in 2022, someone is able to help me

I will try to answer this to best of my knowledge which is limited on this topic:

1- Your simcard needs to be permanent in case of access limitations that require verification. Actual or virtual sim would probably make no difference. Many bots however work with virtual simcards so the verification is automated (that is the case in Instadub I think)
2- Some favored bot/automations currently used: jarvee (online), Instadub, Ninjagram
3- Residential mobile proxies
4- Post in the relevant thread for this one.

well, I have a problem with the sim card, they are only for 20 minutes because they are from the website and every few days they get verifications and I do not know if they are canceled as to what the cards have permanently

Dealing with so many accounts, you definitely need proxies for it. Check marketplace for it.
