How to save time is my most important question?

So what am I doing now?

Step number one: I make the content myself, I make content for the following social networks, instagram tiktok YouTube

Step number two: I record videos, but I record them with an average duration of about half an hour, if such a video is suitable for YouTube, then such a video is not suitable for YouTube shorts, or for Instagram and tiktok

Step number three: since this video is long, I am struggling with the fact that, using capcat, I cut this video into exactly 60 seconds.

Step number four: then it takes me a lot of time to upload the video content to YouTube, then with the help of neural networks, namely now gpt 4 turbo and various plugins for it, to make a description and title for this video, this takes a lot - very, very, very much time

Step number five: and then I still have a lot of time to translate Russian-language content into English using a neuron from Yandex

Step number six: and also, it takes me very, very, very, a lot of time to post the already trimmed videos of 60 seconds in length, the description and title already prepared for this video, on your various social networks.

The question is that I do this all day long, that is, I don’t see anything except the monitor, this makes me very depressed, who will help me minimize my manual labor? Not for free of course!

Using ready made mockups and templates such as video templates, aftereffect templates and such things help save time in production but loose brand identity. If a video footage could be obtained rather than shot, I would go with the obtained one to save time.
That is my two cents on that.

just take sub tak and pay someone to automate it for you, slowly then move to the second subtask, I was doing just like you at first, until I have most of the work fully automated, video production, channel creation and upload, everything, but the first few months I was doing everything manually, it made me know every little details, so it was easy to fully code a solution for each sub task. I take one sub task and give it time until it is working fine, then I move to the next.
