How to save images to make them unique

I have been saving the images I get from insta in paint, is that enough to make them unique or do I need to do something else? The reason I ask is because I started a new account today which I verified twice and after I posted 2 pictures it wouldn't let me @ someone to give credit in the caption or @ anyone in comments. I didn't do any likes or follows or anything, just posted 2 pics.
