How to save a tanked account

What's up?

Back in the good old days I grew my personal Instagram Account with F/UF to around 20k followers. Usually my posts would get plenty of engagement and 3k-5k likes. When F/UF seized to be very viable I just stuck to normal Instagram marketing but my posts absolutely tanked, now getting only 200-300 likes.

Do you think this is a long term effect of doing F/UF with Jarvee? Is there a way to block inactive accounts (there used to be apps for that, but nowadays I dunno). Is there any way to save this account or should I just start with a new one? What is the most viable way? I would personally prefer not having to abandon this account.

You can revive it, but you will cut some heavy loss. I still thinnk that you start posting frequently and with some great hashtag research you can be back in the game.
