How to safely stop a project?

There is this project that was started around 1 month ago. Around 7 articles and 10-20 visits a day.

Need to stop this project for now and cancel the hosting. Domain is behind cloudflare.

Should I 301 permanent redirect all articles to http://www.domain.com ? Then delete domain from hosting and cloudflare and then cancel hosting?

Don't want to have any bad impact on the domain.

You should only redirect to places that have the same or similar info. Leading people in from search to something they expected and then them landing somewhere that does not help their query is one of the worst things you could do.

I just want to stop the project completely as of now. Should I remove the domain from search console? Changing dns servers multiple times have negative effects on domain health, correct?

Yeah, just remove it from the search console or just add the disallow parameter to your robots.txt.
