How to safely send bulk emails to @craigslist.org?

I have a list of thousands craiglist emails that I would like to send emails to.

Which service or program can I use to send bulk emails safely?

Could I use a free email service like gmail?

No you can't use free mail services. I would get an offshore VPS (I can sell you one for mailing if you need one) and either get a windows one, then use a windows bulk mailer. Or get a linux box then install interspire on a cheapy .info domain then use that as a mailing service.
