How to safely scrape US-targetted FB ads?

Hello,
I would like to write a selenium bot which would scroll through the Facebook feed and scrape FB ads of my interest, which target US customers.

Question: how to do it safely?

I presume I would need a FB account based in the USA, and some US-based proxy for it.

1. Is FB likely to captcha me after just a few scrolls?
2. Should I maybe run a bit larger farm of 5-10 accounts to do so?
3. What is the software/setup commonly used to achieve these things?
4. Can I buy a few $1 accounts, or do I need some of those super-duper-pro FB accounts which people sell at $1000+?
5. ... or can I just launch iVPN, use $1 FB account from the USA and enjoy?

Are you looking to copy successful ads or just see which ads run in the feed?

Does it matter? The method employed would be the same. I'm trying to figure out what type of ads run and have been successful in my niches, whether any new products have been launching, as well as what "success" really looks like in those niches (ratio of views/comments/likes etc.). Essentially a market research tool to help me drive new product launches, keep an eye on competition etc. I'm not a big believer in copying ads, but I could probably learn a lot from the best ones.

Well you contradicted yourself.

The method employed to run an ad is pay fb. To run a successful ad is very different. How will your method understand the difference?

I don't understand? All I am asking about is the best way to set my scraper which goes through facebook feed. What I ultimately do with the data is secondary and not the focus of my question...

I agree with your aim, but your process will not deliver the result you are looking for.

If you analyse just what ads run you will get successful and unsuccessful ads. How will you tell the difference?

There are a number of ways for me to do that, all quite specific to my niche, depending on the ad, so that is not an issue. So, could you help me with the questions above?

Well nobody can. You dont seem to understand the difference between running an ad and running a successful ad. You just want to scrape ads. How will you know which are successful and which are not?

I understand it very well, having spent over $400k on FB ads to a large success, so thank you for your concern. I am not sure I really appreciate your tone and the continuing off-topic. No offence meant, but this is quite unhelpful. Can we please get back to the main topic which is purely about scraping set-up?

You spent $400k and still dont know what constitutes a successful ad in your niche?
