How to safely build up 3-5 accounts?

So I've recently started a shopify dropshipping store, and have been doing well using FB ads. I'd like to create 3-5 niche related Instagram accounts, and steadily grow them them to create my own source of traffic for my store. How safe is it to use something like Massplanner to steadily grow a couple accounts? I know people use it to create hundreds of accounts at a time, and the ban rate on those are super high. But would it be the same if I was using it to promote only a couple legitimate pages?
