I have data account paypal, liberty reserved and some important files in my PC, lately my pc get virus, and adware, This would threaten my career
anybody know how to know spyware and remove them,

I'm using avg internet security and still using windows xp

Use malwarebytes... download, install, update and do a full scan on your PC.

malwarebytes.org

The paid version has real-time protection that works well with most antivirus. I am using NOD32 and Malwarebytes combo for PC security.

First of all, do not download every cracked software you see on the internet because most of them are infected with malicious code.

Also, as Ezines already mentioned, download Malwarebytes as that's one of the best tools available to get rid of unwanted software.

As to me personally, I am using both Kaspersky Pure and Malwarebytes and couldn't be happier.

you should change your anti-virus.
avg is still suck although it's paid version.
i recommend : Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, Kaspersky Anti-Virus, Avira or Norton AntiVirus. (go with paid version) if you use these, you don't need to add another tools.

if you still go with avg, you should add other security tools. for example: SUPERAntiSpyware

Also download "Hitman Pro" Since you are running XP, download
the 32-bit version http://www.surfright.nl/en/downloads/.

NOTE: Hitman Pro is paid software, but with the download, you get a 1 month fully
functional trial. That should be enough to make sure you get rid of the virus or
malware. Also, as mentioned above, download http://www.malwarebytes.org/. It
is also a paid software app, but you can run manual scans with it without paying
and it will find, fix or get rid of malware, trojans, etc. as well.

Also, make sure to keep all your security programs like the ones which you installed including your Antivirus and Malware Bytes since they would guarantee the best protection and not updating them on time might cause some problems.

There 's no way to be safe from trojans. It 's a cat & mouse game, and the cats are losing for the last 20 years.

There 's only one way to be reasonably sure. Install Linux (as a second OS or on a different PC). Then use ONLY that for handling your sensitive data and for nothing else. A bit of trouble now can save you a lot of grief later.

Using http://www.avast.com/get/iMTEz5XV and http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/, never caught a single piece of malware after installing both of them.
Also, consider upgrading your Windows version, XP has a tremendous amount of security loopholes.

Also download "Hitman Pro" Since you are running XP, download
the 32-bit version HERE.

NOTE: Hitman Pro is paid software, but with the download, you get a 1 month fully
functional trial. That should be enough to make sure you get rid of the virus or
malware. Also, as mentioned above, download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It
is also a paid software app, but you can run manual scans with it without paying
and it will find, fix or get rid of malware, trojans, etc. as well.
