Is it possible to run video on our site. We host the video, video will autoplay when visitors hits our page? We do not want to use youtube due to DCMA removal

Search for a CDN and flowplayer, a combination of those should work.

just to add to their suggestions, you may also try jwplayer.

make sure you are hosting it on an unlimited bandwidth hosting as this can consume so much bandwidth if your site is going to be busy.

We have a site here that is fairly new that supports embeds. So you can upload your video there and embed it your site. It's videoboard.tv

Yeah Vimeo or DailyMotion are alternatives. Or JWS Player is a standalone player you can easily embed in your website and its widely supported.

May you are looking for a service like BBC uses on his web page! I found in the internet HTML5 to use, and you should host the videos files in your own hosting, is easy, just like the images, the problem with this is than the video is more bigger and need other code to embed!

if you encode your videos to HTML5 standard, you actually don't need any third party video player to play them on your site.
Host the files on your server and embed using HTML5 <video> tag. Visitors will get ad-free playback and the videos will also work on mobile.

Unless you need some sort of DRM protection, this is probably the best way to go.
