I looking for a method to run tik tok pre recorded live on a phone. I already tried modified IPA with a fake camera for non jailbroken device but got the issue "Mismatched bundle IDs"

You can Consider creating a virtual camera feed on your device, Using OBS and RTSP. Stream your pre-recorded video from your PC/Mac using OBS Studio and an RTSP server, try using apps like NDI HX Camera or Larix Broadcaster to receive the RTSP feed on your phone and send it as a live feed to TikTok works perfect.

you need to inject video into virtual camera, but you need magisk or shizuku for that, and then you need to spoof tiktok, for flagging your stream, I've been doing that, but I've had pretty bad time with it
