I looking for a method to run tik tok pre recorded live on a phone. I already tried modified IPA with a fake camera for non jailbroken device but got the issue "Mismatched bundle IDs"

Why use phone? You can easily access to TikTok Studio on Pc, and you can run any prerecorded video

Pre-record a video then use tiktok studio on PC in which add video in live session. you just need to upload that pre-recorded video to your live session and you are done

Download tiktok live studio, then click on add source, then click on video, then load the video you recorded and go live.

Have you tried using the TikTok Studio along with RTMP source like OBS? Another option is using OBS with a service like loola.tv.
