2. Read documentation on said bot
3a. Spend time with said bot, learn it. Read other posts on this forum
3b. Stop looking to be spoonfed on this forum (IM is not 'easy money', as you've stated)

Also just use smm panel
spend like $10 on followers, post 10 posts and boost them to adequate amount of likes/views
Then just use jarvee or another tool to dm/comment on people's posts promoting your shoutout service

How hard is it to come up with a plan for it. We can all give you the plan, but will you stick to it? I'm very hypocritical in saying that because I bin shit all the time..
Create a Insta. Create a YouTube channel. Same names.
Create the social media.
Create a WP with domain and apply a similar theme to the one below.

Find small artists who probably don't have a manager and ask them for permission to use their video, music on both Insta and YouTube.
If they agree explain you're a new website and how you are planning to build an audience. Praise their talent, love them like your own child and ask if they could write an article (proof-read it and give them confidence), answer some questions and get them to provide a childhood story that got them into the music in the first place. Who inspires them etc? Make them feel fucking loved. Like they're the most talented person in the world. Do this with as many artists as you can but don't fuck them off afterwards. You or they may need help in the future and you're building a contact list at the same time.
Build an authority website based on a bunch of artists talent and background inspirations etc.. then begin charging once you have an audience. This method I have just given you might get their best fans to enjoy other artists and latch on to your channel, website etc for the long-term not just for a day or so and go inactive. Also provides 2 or 3 different methods of monetisations.
I guess it's about the personal touch and building something bigger then just the Insta.
