I’ve been there — this usually isn’t a “creative” problem, it’s an account trust problem.
When accounts die in 1–2 days and limits drop, it means the ecosystem is weak (account, BM, payment, IP, behavior). Scaling on fragile setups just burns money.
What helped me: slow warm-up, stable payment methods, fewer aggressive changes, and using higher-quality accounts/BMs. Once the foundation is solid, results improve naturally.

Do you use cloaking? If not, then you definitely need to use cloaking, because the nutrition niche is difficult to work with on Facebook. And you also need a few old, warm accounts, because weak Facebook accounts will be quickly blocked.
