How to run multiple reddit accounts on a single phone?

Have an old phone that I can use. Was wondering if anyone else is managing like 3 or 5 or more reddit accounts on a phone. Is it even possible?
Saw that you can use the app Island to isolate apps, basically have multiple reddit accounts. Is it good enough?
Also about the IP, is a VPN enough? Or should I use Proxies for the accounts?
If so what proxies would work residential, mobile? Any help is appreciated

It is possible to use multiple Reddit accounts on one device lots of people do but the way you do it matters, especially if you’re trying to avoid problems with Reddit’s rules or account security. I’ll give you the safe/allowed version of how this works without helping with ban evasion, vote manipulation, or anything Reddit forbids.
 
I am using 5+ Reddit accounts on my phone. I have been doing it for years now, and they are all working fine.
However, they are all my personal accounts. I wouldn't recommend doing it for your work accounts.
When it comes to work, you want to play it safe.
 
Never use a VPN for multi accounting, chances are you’d be using an assigned IP address that has already been used prior by many other users, which increases the chances of your acc getting flagged. Always go with clean resi proxies.

You can run a few reddit accounts on one phone, but too many causes issues. Island helps isolate apps but proxies or VPNs cant fully hide it.
 
I have used 6+ personal reddit accounts with my phone, but for clients we use a residential proxy. It's costly than regular proxies but we never had issues with bot detections as long as the client doesn't login and start posting links themselves or DM people randomly. This will expose their current location through IP leakage and cause issues on our end.
 
You can have multiple account son 1 phone, but they should be your "personal accounts". If you ever do anything to trigger reddit ban hammer, you most likely will loose all of them. Do what others suggested and keep work seperate from you personal phone.
 
You can use one phone for a few personal Reddit accounts, but for work you should use clean residential proxies because VPNs and too many accounts on one device can get you banned.

You can run multiple Reddit accounts on a single phone using an app like Island to isolate apps for each account; a VPN is generally sufficient for changing your IP, but for better anonymity, consider using residential proxies for added security

Change the proxy for each account and use incognito mode when accessing them. However, if your device information is detected, all related accounts may still be restricted.
 
still working with a few thousand accounts on 1 phone on a JBed iphone, with crane, it still works fine
 
I use cloned Reddit apps in Island and 4G IP rotation, messy setup but it works.
 
You should use a proxy instead of a VPN. A static proxy is recommended, and residential or mobile proxies are both fine as long as they’re clean.
 
I bought an old phone for that and avoided the drama.

You can buy an used phone for like 50 bucks and use a new Reddit account app there, for me it worths it, much more safer than using proxies, VPNs, aged accounts with years of inactivity, etc
 
You should use a proxy if the accounts are being used for anything more than casual browsing.

If sharing the same phone, you can use a proxy; however, the device information may still be detected. If one account gets restricted, other accounts are very likely to be restricted as well.
