you need to invest yourself a Dcom, they are cheap and you can use simple. They help change ip, good in case of low budget

It really depends on your budget. For ads I'd probably recommend dedicated or 4g proxies.

I use rotating residential for my gmail accounts but take that with a grain of salt.

Bro, just buy USA proxy which is very cheap that cost for 1$ per proxy. and you can literally spam alot of account.
