How To Run Legit FB Ads For Weight Loss Without Cloaking?

I want to run FB ads for weight loss without cloaking. My offline business has to do with health and weight loss so I want to run ads for them. However when I tried to run an ad it was disapproved because you can't call people out for being overweight. Did I just get a bad reviewer?

Weight Loss cannot be the main theme of your ad, thats all. Have to make it an underlying theme ande have it appear as you are saying, "hey, by the way; you could takle a couple inches off too!" Literally never mention off of the waist, legs, stomache, or mention the word weight at all... Have done several for clients in the past succefully, iots all on whio you get looking at it and how you word it...
