how to run fb ads with new accounts??/

last month it was easy you just make a fb account then you run an ad instantly now its hard every time i make a ad after 1 minute it says unsual activity. anyone have luck recently????

What kind of item do you promote? Your product violates the policy?

Is there ads option available ?? I see some new profile don't have this feature.
