How to run BH ads on Tiktok?

Hi, I've been trying to run BH ads on tiktok for a few weeks now. I have created over 50 accounts during this time. I use Dolphin + resi proxy from oxylabs for this. Unfortunately, ads are still banned. The longest ad lasted 3 days. Most often, tiktok indicated the reason for the ban on the url. On my site, all I had was text "Click the button below" and a button underneath with an affiliate link to a dating site.

Recently, tiktok bans my accounts immediately after posting an ad. I also use a different video and domain for each account. Almost every account I had had a unique video and domain.

What am I doing wrong? Any tips?

I have been running $1.5k daily on TT for the last 45 days without bans - I am using cloak.it pro and my white page is hosted on wordpress & redirect URL goes towards the offer page.

AD - Offer page (if IP address is a real person)

Ad - White page (If its TT scan bots)

No issues on my end so far.
 
Also - keep in mind my creatives do not flag anything BH related & my white page matches with my "creative"

My accounts are banned immediately. I even tried ads without links. After pressing the submit button, my account is immediately banned for various ads. The problem must be something else.
 
I have no information that the ad has been rejected, only a ban on the account appears immediately. The algorithm must detect something, but I don't know what.
 
I have the same exact issue, even when trying to run a normal wh campaign i got banned after spending like 5$. I suspect there must be an issue with the proxy, not sure though. I'm still testing everything but it's driving me crazy. I use dolphin anti detect browser and webshare.io proxies and i HOPE they are the cause of the issue because i'm running out of options here.
I have also tried to create a new paypal account, and same issue again. So I believe payment is not a problem.

This is not the problem, because as I wrote earlier, I runned WH ads without a page, only the number of followers was the goal and the ad was also banned.

Try other types of Antidetect browsers. Maybe Dolphin Anty is the problem?

What kind of white page do you use? I mean, what's the structure of it?
