How to run an Android Game in AWS

Hi guys, not sure if this is the correct section.

Does anyone know how to run an android game through Amazon's cloud AWS?

I managed to get a tutorial about playing a pc game with high graphic requirements through EC2 instance, but what I would like to do is to simply run an Android game through amazon AWS.

You should see AWS Mobile if you want to accomplish this.

Nope, it is for mobile application development.

You can install Bluestacks or such software onto any Windows distro OR you can launch an instance with Android AMI, if available in the marketplace, though.

I strongly don't recommend this because bluestack is bloated, and automating actions on it is annoying. You'll use up more resources than necessary

I didn't know it was bloated. But yeah, it was common from what I remember.

OP, you can search for "Android emulators for Windows" and compare them.

Thanks for the response guys. I wasn't quite sure if someone would even reply since this place is generally for IM.

I've been playing android games with emulators(NOX).

What I wanted to do is to continue running a game from a cloud server. It's more like a bot, that even if you turn off your pc or laptop the game is still running from a cloud server.

I'm able to read some articles about Device Farms.

These services(one offered from Amazon), allows you to test "mobile apps" with different phone models. My idea is just to pick one phone, install the apk and "test" or play the game with it.

Since these device farms would allow you to test the apps remotely, I'm thinking that maybe we could use it in botting games where "autoplay" or auto-atrack is an option.

I think I'll go with other community about this matter. Once I have the time, I will test this myself.

Or if you want the easy method you can use a service like saucelabs which allows you to test your application on 200+ different types of phone. Most of these service use open source software like appium to automate their testing ( clicking buttons, filling in forms and stuff). The intent of this service so app developer can see how well their app perform and look on various devices.
