how to rip a forum

Hello guys
if you have to rip a forum in phpbb and put everything on a vbulletin how do you do?

If you mean just converting/moving one from another, you should start googling "phpbb to vbulletin".

Yea sorry is not clear
i mean ripping a forum where i have no access to the database
so i need to scrape all the contents and repost

You'd need a custom scraper which would find usernames, topic names, replies etc.

In short: no way unless you're planning to do massive income with it.
