I've revived many facebook groups let me tell how I do it,

Start posting again even if theres 0 engagements just keep doing 4-5 posts per day from diff accounts

Invite friends, create 6-7 accounts(you should already have) add thousands of friends in those accounts and invite them in group

Mention group members using @-everybody or follower, etc and make competition in group, doesn't matter what kind just something that make them engage in group to Win

Share your group posts in other groups

Again posting quality content is the most necessary part, just keep posting and you'll have your group revived in less than 15 days
