How to retrieve deleted messages from facebook

I would like to know how to retrieve deleted messages from the facebook, we don't have trash and it doesn't move to the archive.

I think that is not possible. Archive is the only thing that saves the fb info.
Or try contacting NSA.
 
sometimes, after I've deleted my conversation with somebody, I just start chating with him again and the previous messages simply appear in my message chat. But this doesn't always work. However you could try it.
 
Nothing is ever truly deleted, but chances are you'll never gain access to the history files.
 
Whatever you deleted is gone. No way to retrieve it now
 
You can no longer retrieve deleted messages because they are permanently removed from your inbox. However, you can be safer by just hiding the messages next time through your archive.
 
Like people said I dont think its possible to retrieve deleted messages. You can always try asking the NSA they have everyone's Facebook details stored ;p
 
hey i have got same problem, i deleted my messages from my cell and when i check it through my desktop they are all gone.
 
Try contacting FB support if you can. Through normal user means I think it's not possible. But on the side of the actual administrators I believe it's possible. You probably just have to give a reasonable reason why you need the deleted messages. Hope this helps.
 
If the messages exist in the backup, then they can definitely be recovered. Now there are 3 things you can do retrieve deleted text messages from iPhone:-
1 - Go to Apple Genius bar and see if they can help
2 - Restore from the backup:- This will get you all the messages you want, but will wipe out everything that came into your phone since the backup date
3 - Get a backup recovery software:- I have used iPhone SMS recovery software and would definitely recommend it. There are other options though, like the one Daiya has suggested, but they are just too expensive. It does the exact same thing for much less.
 
I'm sure that this SMS backup and restore app cannot recover deleted text messages from Android smartphone or tablet.


I recently lost my important SMS (mostly business related text conversations) and contact list while upgrading my OS on my Samsung S4. I tried different apps like Undelete app available in the play store but they didn't work at all. I don't think there will be any chance to recover it just like what we can did on our laptop or android phones.
 
The text messages is not gone from your iPhone for good.
You have at least 3 ways to retrieve deleted messages from iPhone: retrieve directly from iPhone, restore from iTunes backup and recover from iCloud backup.
