How to Retarget People from Previous Instagram Feed Ads?

1. I ran a Instagram Ad for one of my posts on my profile for 1 week.
2. I got xxxx impressions and xx engagements (likes).

Is is possible me to retargeted ALL the people that viewed that sponsored IG Feed post? If so..how..

It is possible to do so. You'll need to create a custom audience, select users who interacted with your account/ads within the period you did the sponsored post.

You can do this easily from fb business manager.
