How to restore Wordpress

This is in related when you use way back machine and download the files.
I get that but when it need to be integrated at least with wordpress platform how i can do this.
Use same theme or similar one and copy paste the content or is there any way to manual,semi automate or automated process -Free not paid one to be done that.
I've read that old post only can be converted as pages and you can continue editing...and create new post.How can be done that?

I think there are some tools available, search for wayback scrapers.

I have scrapper and downloader of files all worpdress from expired domains.Matter is how to set up wordress to work because you dont download database or xml file.

this is the only way
and the cheapest way
