The problem is the following, we had an article on wikipedia, we promoted it and overspammed a little, so it was deleted. We need to restore the article with the same title.
We found a guy on fiverr, but he can't restore it with the same title, he offers a new article and new title, but it doesn't suit us.
So is it possible to restore the wikipedia article with same title? Do you know anyone who can help with it?
