Accept and Apologize but still ask for clarification because you need to know why you get infraction and what you have to do instead of that mistake.. it's true that most of the members never read rules and regulations and do the mistakes.
Complaining is not true to do if you get any warnings, if you feel you are right so just ask for clarification may be you unable to notice whqt exactly a mistake there which was notified by Admins or Mods.
