How to resell WordPress themes??

Please I have some WordPress themes and plugins that I got from telegram for free but it's been sold in places like themeforest, codecanyon and the rest. Now I need cash urgently so I wanted to know if there is any way I can resell these themes and plugins... please I need someone to help me on this

What you want to do is piracy and nobody buy pirates products. You can try to put a page and promote from there and earn by ads, but it is only worth it if you have thousands of themes.
