How to request for a guest Post ?

I just mean to say what message do you write to the webmaster , requesting for a guest post
EX- ?

Get straight to the point. No matter how you spray your pitch, if the webmaster hugs the "NO" word, there's nothing you can do about it.
Mentioning something about a small fee always helps, as these days nobody really offers free guest posts.

You can be promoting the site on your own by giving the site some contextual back link, and also sharing their sites on social media...

So that when u approach the webmaster you can also refer him to what you have done for his own site,

With this u can tell the webmaster that you share same niche with him and you will wish to have some guest post, so as to promote your own site,

I think the webmaster will listen to you
