On a small scale use capcut and add these fx:
- vignette
- saturation +
- contrast +
- slightly crop
- vignette
- saturation +
- contrast +
- slightly crop

Run it through video editing software, change aspects about it that make it distinct enough like aspect ration, audio, etc. Then you add filters, edits, cuts, additions, or visual noise. There's a well put thread about that here somewhere if I can remember the title.

You need to invest more technically in video, use video editing software

It is not necessarily necessary to create new ones. You can use the tool I mentioned earlier and it repurposes content using pixel attacks that are invisible to the user.

you can edit video with capcut or primiere. crop a little or add black area on top bottom or left right of video or you can also flip left right of video

With re-posted videos, there is a high risk of security rejection, so you should edit those videos such as increasing the video speed, adding visual effects or stickers to the video, blurring the surrounding borders to make sure they are different from the original.
