How to repost a post without loosing comments and likes

Hi,

I manage a small FB pages, I only post there pictures and videos. Is it possible to repost an "old" post without losing comments and likes ?

Thanks. But if I share a post already posted on the page, I will lose comments and like
 
Lots of pages do this. Some slightly change the image, some change the text. They revamp the successful posts all the time.

Do you mean if I reshare it and add some content it the post I will keep all like and comment ?

There is Not specific method to re post your old post without losing likes, comments and share, but you can do by copying the link of post and post the link again. when some one will click on it it’ll be open with all of previous likes and comments, and when some one newly comment, Comment will be added to old post with all of previous comments.. hope this article help you.

Thanks but i want to know if copied link will display picture automatically?
 
Share your content and people will keep on like so your post will keep updating.
 
You can repost but cannot keep the comments and share. You can only share again your previous post and people can reach your old post and give comments on that old post.
 
yes it can b if you copy nay link and paste it will display the post
