How to report webpage hijacking?

Hi there, I recently noticed in google results, that certain fishy looking sites that had nothing to do with the niche, had pages showing up in 1st spot for some keywords, and when you click on the page, it redirects to the main spammy website.
Which means the other spam site has hijacked say for example, the legit site was a sunglasses website like sunglasses.com and the hijacker added a page into it about say cialis, so the web page showing up on 1st spot in google for keyword cialis is sunglasses.com/cialis.html

Obviously this is page hijacking, so how to deal with it? as I reported one of them to google via webmaster tools, but they didn't seem to remove the spam site, so I alerted the legit site's webmaster that removed it. 2 days later the spam site then hijacked another legit domain, and are now showing up again in 1st page again using a different unsuspecting domain.

So what's the best solution for this to stop? keep reporting it to google?

umm ermm maybe because it's way wrong and it's f_king up my legitimate website that was ranking nicely, and why do you sound so defensive about this, are you somehow guilty of this bad practice are you?

he might be... this is the black hat section of black hat world. So if you found people guilty of doing this it'd be here. Might want to try asking it in the white hat section too?

Sounds to like you have poor site security. If I read your post correctly, one of your webpages was hijacked. Ask yourself how that happened and then take protective measures.

How is this blackhat? this is totally illegal, hacking and spamming to achieve rankings is totally wrong, I can't believe you're defending this.

Just use google

May be issue in your hosting provide complain from ticket.

you must not know what black hat is. black hat is hacking and spamming your way to achieve rankings. So what I'm saying is if your going to complain about someone using black hat tactics against you, don't go to a forum where the purpose is to teach each other black hat techniques. where as the white hat section is where people go when they have questions about tactics that follow google's guidelines. You'll more likely find an answer there than you will in the black hat section.

lol he is saying a competitor is ranking above him by hacking big websites and redirecting to his... the best way to handle this is to keep telling the website owner about the links. Then leave it up to them to take any legal action against the person hacking them.

It sounds more like reusing expired domains than hijacking. How you know that the sites are hijacked and not rebuilt expired domains?
